Sedation dentistry can be given in pill form, through an IV or with nitrous oxide (known as laughing gas). We offer oral sedation, which is administered in pill form.
With oral sedation, the effects last longer that with laughing gas. You will be able to get up and walk and talk after your appointment, but you will need to bring along someone to drive you home after your visit.
